Payout dates depend on your selected tier. Executive Plan pays every 10th, Golden Plan every 12th, and General Plan every 1st of the calendar month.
Upon contract maturity, you can liquidate your asset back to N-AUK at full face value, extend the lease, or reinvest in new screen inventory.
Are yields affected by ad vacancy?
Can I exit early?
No. Your monthly rental payout is fixed by contract. N-AUK absorbs all ad vacancy risks and operational cost fluctuations.
